1. The service

eVacation Ready, operated by OptimaTech Labs ("we"), prepares evacuation plans for short-term rentals: a printable route posting, a guest guide page and storm-day guest alerts, each checked by a safety reviewer.

2. Not an official order

This plan does not replace official orders. Always follow your local emergency management office and 911 instructions. Plans and alerts are guidance only. We do not guarantee that any road or shelter is open on a given day.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm the address, layout and bookings you enter are accurate, that you have the right to give us guest contact details for safety alerts, and that you post the plan where guests can see it. You remain responsible for your rental permit and local compliance.

4. Prices and payment

Single property: $149 setup, then $99 per year. Manager Portfolio (10 or more units on your account): $99 per unit setup, then $79 per unit per year. Rush: $49 per property when a permit renewal is due within 7 days. Renewals are invoiced before each anniversary. Payments on this site are simulated inside the app.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel an order for a full refund until every plan on it is signed off. After delivery we may refund to your card or as account credit at our discretion. Account credit applies automatically to your next order.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We carry errors and omissions cover.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and will email account holders about material changes.
